Shipping Information

All our products ordered through our webshop are shipped from Vienna. Delivery within Vienna is free for orders over 200€ (excl. VAT). Free self-pickup is also available.

The stated shipping prices are maximum prices that must cover all possible sizes. You are welcome to request individual shipping prices via email. In this case, you will receive a shipping price tailored to your order. This process only makes sense for smaller stretched canvases and tondi, as well as for larger orders.

Deliveries will be made within 8 working days (Monday to Friday) from the date of the order confirmation to you, in the case of prepayment, from the working day following your transfer/deposit. The specified delivery period begins with the date of the order confirmation.

Shipping to Austria, Germany, Italy, France, and Switzerland:

For products not exceeding 200 cm, shipping costs are automatically calculated by our webshop. For orders larger than 200 cm or to countries not listed above, the order is considered a reservation. If you disagree with the shipping costs, the order will be canceled at no cost.

Shipping Prices for Standard Frames

The price applies for up to 5 pieces.
For up to 10 pieces, the price doubles.
For up to 15 pieces, the price triples.
