You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the last goods. via a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post, email, or phone call) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You can use the attached sample withdrawal form, but it is not mandatory. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the notice regarding the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we must refund all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from your choice of a different delivery method than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we received your notice of withdrawal. For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you. In no case will you be charged any fees for this repayment.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.

You must return or hand over the goods to us

immediately and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day you informed us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the fourteen-day period expires. You bear the direct costs of returning the goods. For goods that cannot normally be returned by post due to their nature, the costs are estimated at a maximum of around 250 euros. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods if the loss in value is due to handling of the goods that is not necessary for checking the nature, properties, and functionality of the goods.

Reasons for Exclusion from the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to distance contracts:

• For the delivery of goods that are not prefabricated and for which an individual selection or determination by the consumer is decisive, or that are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer.
• For the delivery of sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal was removed after delivery.
• For the delivery of goods that, due to their nature, have been inseparably mixed with other goods after delivery.
• For the delivery of audio or video recordings or computer software in a sealed package, if the seal has been removed after delivery.
